Head over to their website at www.scaredtodance.co.uk to see what their nights are all about and look out for a podcast we're going to be putting together for them over the next few weeks (more on that later)

New Shows for 2013

We're delighted to announce a couple of upcoming shows, including our first ever show outside of the British Isles

The good people of Madrid Popfest have asked us to come and play their annual shindig and with the likes of This Many Bofyriends and Wake The President on the bill as well it promises to be a pretty special event. The whole thing is taking place from the 5th-8th of March and we're playing on the Friday night

We'll be warming up for that show with an intimate little number at The Gallery Cafe in Bethnal Green on Feburary 26th

2012: Thanks & Thoughts

So 2012 was the year we finally released our second album "Twin Beds" it was an awful long time in the making but we hope you'll agree it was worth the wait.

It's not the easiest climate to release a record into and we can only thank those who've been kind enough to stump up there hard earned cash for a copy.

Perhaps the person we have to thank more than any other is Trev from Odd Box Records he put out the album and put a whole heap of faith and effort into us. People like Trev work tirelessly to promote bands purely because of there love for what they do and Odd Box and other Independent labels really do need your support

We must also thank Ed & Rain at Bad Sneakers Management, sadly we have now parted company with Bad Sneakers as they look into other projects outside of music. Over the years they have been wonderfully kind to us and we really would not have been able to do it without them.

We've played some amazing gigs this year, Indietracks in the pouring rain and our album launch at The Lexington spring to my mind, but I can honestly say I enjoyed everyone we played this year. Thanks again goes to you lot for coming out, we've played to some incredible crowds this year and we're very thankful to all the promoters who've been kind enough to have us.

Looking forward following a bit of a break lately, we're going to be reconvening early next year to start work on some new tracks. Currently we have no plans as to what will happen with these but we'll keep you posted and i'm sure they'll find there way out there for you all to hear one way or another.

All that's left is to wish you a very happy new year, and we'll see you all in 2013

Allo Darlin' Support

We're delighted to announce that the excellent folk at Holy Smokes have asked us to support Allo Darlin' on the Derby leg of their forthcoming tour.

Like us Allo Darlin' released their second album earlier this year, and have been making waves all over the Indiepop world. We've shared bills but not stages with them at both London Popfest and Indietracks so it'll be a delight to play with them once more.

Head over to  http://www.allodarlin.com/  and give them a listen, you shan't regret it...

It all takes place on the 1st of September in the Silk Mill Museum which we're reliably informed is the world's first factory building as well as a stunning  and unique venue.
